    Long story short took 3 attempts to get a working dryer... The communication between me, the installer, geek squad was absolutely terrible... Had to take 3 days off of work so that cost me money on top of the cost of the products... Never again will I buy an appliance from Best buy

    Instead of a simple pamphlet. (as home Depot does), You have to web search it for a PDF, and down load it. Its 16 pages of legalize. Should be more tailored to appliances and much simpler.

    When i bought my washer i was not given any ppw explaining how the protection plan works. I was told i could access it off the info on my receipt. Today i got out my receipt, got online. It shows me what I purchased and when it was purchased, does nOT show me HOW to access it or where to go to schedule service. But DID want me to add a “review” about the service protection. For what it’s worth, this is it. Idk how the protection plan works, I have to wait for a store to open, so i can call a phone # that routes to someone in another state that’s not even IN a store location to give me answers….

    I bought this for my washing machine, a few months in and I'm already having problems with it. Now qeek suad is telling me they can't do anything and I have to send it to the washing machine company. Why buy this expensive warranty if I can't use it???

    No so good product . I had issues with the washer a few months after I purchased the pair. The barrel makes a load noise when washing clothes. I will be calling tghe Gekk Squad shortly to see what could be done.

    The biggest mistake ever I bought this over a month ago and still don’t have my dryer, I was supposed to receive it on 12/26/23 and they didn’t even call me to tell me the dryer was damaged so they couldn’t deliver, but of course I have to make the payment and no dryer wooooow what a disaster Best Buy is

    I bought this for dryer and washer i bought from best buy and dryer comes defective out of box. I called geek squad protection and they hooked me to a local repair service since best buy do not have appliance repair technician available in my area. its been 3 week and now i am reliance on local repair server who are not setting up any appointment!!

    This is miss leading! You sell a 3 year extended warranty but it includes the 1 st year manufacture warranty. It should be 3 years after the manufacturer warranty! Home Depot warranty is added the the manufacturer warranty. That is where I went and bought new washer!

    If I could I would put no star! When you purchase the protection they don’t tell you your not covered for visit’s if your having trouble with appliances. Just paid almost $200 for a 10 minute visit to be told my dryer is good and it’s my vent that needs to be clean again. And this visit isn’t covered by my plan.

    Zero Repair Resolution

    I have been attempting to repair Maytag washing machine for the past month. Have been given 5 different appointments without a resolution no communication from technician no arrival. Spoken to supervisors assuring me priority appointments were set up. Given the run around every time.

    I’ve bought these extended warranty plans on a lot of things and have hardly needed them. Now that I do.... I get excuses and no satisfaction. NEVER AGAIN will buy anything from Bestbuy. I can go to Amazon for poor service and cheap products.

    Warranty issue ends in HUGE dispute with Best Buy

    Too early to tell for this appliance but the previous warranty ended up in a huge fight with Best Buy that is still not resolved. Best Buy customer service has been TERRIBLE for the past year or so.
