    I have had to use the service once and am getting ready to use a second time. The company that was sent took 2 months to schedule me and did not fix the problem at all, same exact issues. when I called to have them come back out to actually do the repair, I was told I needed to file another claim (exact issue!) and again a very long wait. Not worth it

    Whenever i contacted them they would say yes it will get done or dont worry we are here to hep but waa always wrong and they never helped

    Do not buy this. We bought a 5 year warranty on our washer and had them come repair the seal that was leaking. The day they repaired it they cancelled the warranty. Bought 11/2018 cancelled 2/2020. That's not 5 years.

    was outsourced to a 3rd party company for my repair, that company came out and assessed it needed a control board, but they werent authorized to do the repair for Maytag, (then why did they send them) they couldnt find anyone in my area so they gave me credit for a new dryer, the ONE and ONLY benefit of having the service plan

    Geek squad doesnt transfer if you recieve a lemon

    Washing machine had multiple issues from day one. Best buy ended up giving us a new one, due yo the first one being a lemon, but our 5 year geek squad we paid for doesnt transfer and we lost over 4 years of coverage and recieved no refund.

    We paid for a five year plan. Our LG washer started rusting in under a year, and they won’t cover it. They say they don’t cover rust. I’ve lived here for 17 years and this is my third set and the only piece that has ever rusted and in only 1 year. I won’t buy geek squad (no) protection again.

    I initially purchased my dryer and coverage in 2022. Since then ive had to have 3 dryers delivered to my condo due to poor customer service. There has always been a lack of communication on product availability and just poor customer care. I would definitely not recomment both

    I payed a lot for this, hoping that if I EVER had issues with this washing machine that geek squad would make it easy, they don't, they expect me to deal with whirlpool for the first year, I bought it from best buy, best buy should be dealing with selling bad products!

    Geek Squad is an awesome concept in theory; however, I needed them to come fix a dryer that they delivered broken (mind you I paid for a 5 year protection plan) and they were unable to help me because there are not any Geek Squad members near my location. Ridiculous!

    when I called in for service, I was told there was no available times EVER and that they do not service in my area. I live 2 miles from the store, and this is unacceptable.
