    They are terrible. I called to schedule a repair and they didn’t come and never called me to reschedule. So disorganized and poor service.

    Very unhelpful and uninformed. I was so frustrated, I demanded a refund on the service I just purchased. Save your money on the geek squad and hope your product doesn't break down.
