    Poor Samsung

    Bought this dryer and got a lemon. After week one, had to have a service tech clear a code and fix it. Worked for two weeks and then the same thing. Now they want to replace motor and motherboard. Spent over $700 and still going to laundry mat to wash and dry my clothes. Samsung service is horrible with no sense of urgency. Never again and people will hear about my experience.

    BEST BUY IS A JUNK STORE

    Best Buy is the most elaborate junk store in the U.S. and quite possibly, the entire world. Rinky-dink, cheaply made foreign products. I bought a 43" Toshiba TV from Best Buy, and it went out 9 months later and even though it has a 1 year warranty on it, Best Buy refuses to replace it saying its a manufacturers warranty. I didnt buy the TV from Toshiba. I bought it from Best Buy. Best Buy should cover the warranties on the products they sell and deal with the manufacturer themselves. I've been without a TV for almost 2 weeks now, waiting on Toshiba to order and replace the power board in my TV and I'm not even sure thats gonna fix it since there was such a language barrier between myself and the Asian customer service representative I've been communicating with. Its been a nightmare. I wish I wouldve bought a TV from Walmart, then I wouldn't be having this problem.

    Best buy installed washer and 2 hours later from the first wash, water leaked all over the floor. Called the 800 number to get a replacement and was disconnected twice after discussing situation for over 30 mins each time with Geeksquad. Got no where with these people. I have purchased over 15 large appliances not including all the small appliances, computers etc, in the last year and was shocked at the poor service. Making me rethink where I buy my items for my House Flips.

    Worst delivery ever.

    Worst delivery service ever, I know they hire third party companies to do delivery and installation but this is the second time they give an excuse of why they can’t install. The last time they promised to come back because it was after 10pm and had more deliveries that night. So I’m going to have to take a third day off of work to get everything installed and placed where it should be.

    Washing Machine repair

    My washing machine has been leaking. the first time I called, the CSR sent me a tray to go in the washing machine; that did not fix my problem. The second time a technician came and replaced a part he said was leaking; that was not the solution. My washing machine is leaking down the front and under the bottom. I need a solution.

    I would give Best Buys Extended Warranties less than 1 star. We've had the same issue with more than one warrant over several years time so it wasn't an isolated incident. They use sub-par contractors, they can't diagnose and fix, last washer repair we went thru 3 tech calls (had to miss work for their 8-5 appt windows) canceled appts day of, showing up with broken parts etc until we finally had to pay out of pocket and get our own repair done (which by the way was diagnosed and repaired in one appt, took less than 2 hours) will never shop here again and their warranties are worthless.

    Have issue with dryer. Control board is going bad. BestBuy says they can't get part, back ordered with no ETA. Says dryer is not repairable. I contacted the manufacturer (Maytag), part is available and in stock. Bestbuy now says they can't purchase from manufacturer and want me to pay for part and repair then submit for reimbursement. That is not what I purchased the 5 year plan for

    Garbage -- they will redirect you to the manufacturer warranty instead of handling it themselves, even when the manufacturer says the problem was with the install performed by geek squad. You'll probably end up paying out of pocket

    love the washer but the dryer takes all fay to do drying. I dont do large loads and I have to redry things 2-3 times before they are fully dry. makes doing laundry even worse.

    Horrible experience with on line Tech support.

    My experience with not in store Geek Squad was Horrible. I spent over an hour with a Tech gal (not in store) she was trying to get my Adobe program to work. It's been fine for years, all of a sudden it disappeared from my computer. She eventually quit and ended the chat session without an explanation. I took my laptop to an in store tech, in 10 seconds he told me what the problem was. Adobe Acrobat no longer works with Windows 7, end of story in 15 seconds. Thank you in person Tech.

    Never again will I buy the geek squad warranty. They are out sourcing to a company called A&E factory Service, this company is horrible. A&E has told me that I have to take my washer and dryer apart because they are stacked and they (A&E) dont have an extra technician. They also brought the wrong parts the first time they came out. Geek Squad STOP out sourcing your calls to another country

    It has been almost a month, and I am still waiting for my LG washer to be repaired. In the last home appointment, the service guy forgot to bring help, and the dryer-washer tower was too heavy for him to move and repair. This is the same guy who did the in-home inspection earlier. One would hope that they note all the requirements. Then they scheduled the next appointment 10 days later. I am now worried about the other stuff I purchased from Best Buy, given the quality of this service ...

    I BOUGHT THIS DRYER BY LG ON RECOMENDATION FROM A STORE AGENT IN SEPT 2019. IT HAS NEVER DRIED CLOTHES WELL. I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING AND HAVE TO SPLIT LOADS OR KEEP PUTTING THEM BACK THRU AND I'M USING MORE ELECTRICITY SO I CALLED LG BUT THEY WERE NO HELP AT ALL AND SINCE I BOUGHT THRU BEST BUY, I TRIED CALLING THEM BUT PHONE WAIT WAS OVER AN HOUR AND THEIR CHAT WASN'T AVAILABLE. THE STORE IN SPRING HILL DOESN'T HAVE A PHONE, THEY CLAIM, SO I USED THE 888# DISGUSTED WITH THE STORE AND THE DRYER!!

    Frustrated with this Dryer

    Highly disappointing. I purchased this dry in November of 2019. I've had the main board replaced twice ($439, thank you very much) without resolution to the problem. The dryer needs to be unplugged after each cycle in order to prepare for the next. If not, it powers on by itself with no ability to select a setting for the next load. It's a good thing that my electrical outlet is within reach or the thing would be totally unusable. My LG authorized repairman is at a loss Furthermore, it overheats with large, heavy loads (like towels) causing me to divide the load, unplug, wait for cool down, before I plug in to restart. I'm extremely frustrated.

    Trips ANY GFCI Constantly After 2 Years

    I have to buy a new washer after 2 years. It started to trip ANY GFI outlet. I've plugged it into different GFI circuits and they all trip. It even trips an In-Line GFCI extension cable plugged into a regular outlet. The only way to run the washer now is to plug into a regular outlet with no GFCI, but seems like something is wrong so I am replacing it due to safety concerns.

    Water damage!!

    The washer filled up with water on its own randomly. It wasn’t even on! There was no laundry in the wash. We hadn’t used it for 4 days. We opened the washer door and 4-5 gallons of water poured out onto my brand new laminate floors. Water damage everywhere! Had to remove baseboard and flooring ! Nightmare !!! Waiting for Best Buy to come see what’s wrong with the unit.

    i am getting SO tired of Geek squad.......really crappy service. It took me 5 sessions for someone to just fix a small problem with my computer, the last one that went in totally erased my access to google chrome , I had to call back and get someone to reinstall EVERYTHING. NOW I had an appointment that I scheduled THREE WEEKS AGO and he never showed!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Broke at a year and nine months.

    This washer only came with a year warranty but stopped spinning at a year and nine months. I paid $125 to find out that the motor blew because some part fell into the belt and jammed it. Repairing the motor costs more than the machine did to begin with so buy the extended warranty if you’re going to chance it with this machine.

    Geek Squad is TERRIBLE

    Best Buy's Geek Squad is terrible. I had a 6-hour delivery window and waited all day for them to show up. When they finally arrived, they told me that they didn't have the equipment they needed to bring my washer and dryer upstairs and that I would need to reschedule the delivery. I was told someone would call me within 5 minutes to reschedule, but after an hour no one called, so I called Geek Squad myself, and they told me they could not even put me on the delivery schedule until the next day, and someone would call me in the morning. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

    Slow, Terrible, Incomplete Service

    Terrible. My fridge is just over 3 years old and the sealed system is broken. Its been almost 2 months and the company Best Buy sent out rescheduled twice, I'm pretty sure they forgot to order the important part for repair and only sent it when I called Bestbuy about it. My fridge is still broken and is now on the verge of completely dying
