    Tired of waiting for my constantly rescheduled app

    Inept. Incapable. Unreliable. Not helpful. Hard to reach. Uncaring. With literally no explanation or apology have cancelled my appliance delivery last minute after confirming delivery 4 times and counting. Really expected a lot better service after choosing to invest thousands of dollars in appliances with Best Buy. Extremely unprofessional.

    Gas Dryer Installation (Non-Regulated)

    Called Best Buy (or Geek Squad) to ask how the installation process happens and if it is performed by a licensed professional. The customer representative said "yes", then I asked what does (non-regulated) mean, and he said: "Well, I don't know how it is in America, I'm in Panama City, probably this is a type of gas. We have in Panama regulated and non-regulated gas". Last time I heard about Panama was when Putin's 2 billion dollars were found in Panama offshore.

    No Show for Install Twice!

    Serious having the worst customer experience ever. No-show for install appointments that Best Buy verified twice! Can never speak to a manager. I have washer and dryers that need to be installed that I paid for the install and removal of old units and Best Buy has no-showed twice!!!!!!!!

    Geek squad worst protection plan

    I have had the worst experience with the geek squad. My TV stopped working 2 months ago.I made a complaint two times and even talked with their manager. Finally, it's fixed but their technicians making excuses to deliver. When we call them they do not pick up. Asking me to that I did not pick up their call. One day I was waiting for them to deliver the TV but they said they called me but I did not pick up their call but I did not receive any call I was waiting for the whole day. I did not recommend anyone to waste their money on this plan. Worst service I ever had it.

    wrong dryer was delivered. delivery guys wouldn't answer their phone. contacted support, and spent 50 mins explaining over and over the mistake and that I just wanted the dryer I ordered to be delivered. Support rep was unhelpful, couldn't resolve anything. I asked to cancel my order...couldn't do that either. This shouldn't be THIS HARD!!!

    Waste of money

    Not worth it. Scheduled a repair for 3/19 from 12pm-8pm, no one showed up. Rescheduled for 3/21 from 7am-1pm, no one showed up again. 2 days wasted waiting for service. Waste of time and money.

    Waste of money…

    We purchase this Maytag washer and dryer set and they are absolutely horrible products. Anyway, to Dryer finally went out. We contacted geek squad and it’s been a run around for over a month about getting parts to repair these things. All of the parts are readily available for prime delivery on Amazon. But the service technician they chose, cannot seem to find them. It’s been really exciting. Dealing with an Indian call Center to no resolve.

    Review would be 0....The warranty is effective at the same time the manufacturer warranty begins therefore you pay for 3 years protection but its actually only 2 because the manufacturer covered the first year

    I knew better then to purchase a warranty. These reviews must be fake. I wasted my money and 3 days of my life trying to get my dish washer fixed. It would take me forever to tell the whole story. Best Buy warranty isnt worth the paper its written on

    I wish I could rate 0 stars. Best Buy cancelled our order and installation within our delivery window, same day of delivery after we had taken a day off work to be home for the installation. Terrible service

    worst washer ever, got it on 2021 and thena year later started shaking and vibrating a lot, was fixed then last week again was shaking violently,

    I ordered geek squad protection for a countertop microwave. It’s a 3 week wait to fix when it would probably be cheaper to just give a replacement. When it was returned to me, it was missing the plate and turntable. Was on the phone with bestbuy geek squad for about 3 hours with no help. Transferring from department to department nobody could help. Geek Squad is TERRIBLE

    Need to have my washer repaired. Tech no-showed for both appointments that I had with Geek Squad to fix it. I am still awaiting the repair. It is a big runaround. For the 2nd missed appt, tech says he was at my house for 15 minutes waiting for me and I no-showed. I was home all day. My security cameras do not show him at our house or even on our road that entire day. I do not recommend geek squad for appliance repairs.

    DIDN'T DO THE JOB I PAID FOR

    Two "Geek Squad" servicemen just dropped off my washer and dryer (banging it all the way down the stairs to my basement), then acted like they were going to get parts to install it, then sped off in their truck WITHOUT DOING THE INSTALLATION. I called and asked them when they'd be coming back to do the install and they said it's "not their job". They then cursed me out. NEVER ORDER INSTALLATION OF APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY - this has to be a joke.

    My dryer messed up right after the warranty expired. You would think they would give you your moneys worth. No services or repairs in those 3 years the warranty was active. Waste of money. Don’t do it. Save the money instead and use it for any actual repair you may need.

    Received no notification that my extended service warranty would be expiring and was not given any option to extend it. Of course on the 4th year after purchasing this fancy washer is acting up. Very disappointed.

    Never use on computers.

    NEVER use on computers. If something small breaks, such as a key popping off your keyboard, they will "junk" out your computer and offer you a new one at a fraction of the value. They will never offer like for like and only ever give you current market value. If you purchased a laptop for $2,000 and something minor breaks after the manufactures warranty expires, expect a $200 replacement.

    They come out to work on the dryer and it still doesn’t work. They waited until close to warranty expiring before they came. Now I have no warranty and no dryer.
