    I purchased 3-year protection when I purchase a computer. While my computer had a problem and I claimed the protection, they asked me lots of questions like how the problem happened and so on. The summery is I didn't get any service.

    My Maytag dryer went bad right after the geek squad services expired. It's absolutely planned obsolescence. Ridiculous!
