Well, I want my 25 Best Buy Points, so here goes. I bought the Geek Squad Protection Plan with hopes they cover and/or fix everything the plan states they will. Have not had to use it yet. So far so good.

Geek squad gives speedy accurate service...if you need help installing anything or just advice you can depend on geek squad

Feels great to be "covered"! Costs some $$$ but overall it is worth it and will come in handy!

I love the way it works. It leaves my clothes damp don't have to spend to much time drying them.

Installer installed both washer and dryer and hope I never have to use the warranty. However I purchased just in case there are any issues.

Never been a fan of extended warranties (if the product is quality, why need it?). Bought a refurbished floor model washing machine that failed after 3 weeks. I call and no hassles and it was replaced.

Value seems appropriate for the proper protection of an appliance.

Live this new washing machine! Lots of different cycles to choose from and is very quiet. Geek squad installed very quickly with no issues

the geek squad service is a good service plan to have, it protect you from headache of trying to fix things when they break down.

Well I got this 3 year protection plan. I haven't had to use it yet and hopefully I never have to. 3 out of 5 stars wouldn't change a thing.

Better to protect yourself now and pay up front for protection versus paying a ton more if you did not purchase any type of protection. Appliances are not built like it used to in the past
