I had to wait 30 days to see if the part would arrive to the warehouse and if it didn't my washing machine would be replaced. The part never arrived so I got a new washer but we had to wait 30 days which meant going to the laundry mat until it was replaced. The CS rep told me I could buy a new one but why would I do that when I have a warranty policy? It made no sense.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the 3 year extended warranty for my washer. I like the fact you can buy an extension warranty for a reasonable cost. I won't know until I have to use it whether I like it or not. Time will tell.
