i called about washer not working they sent a third party tecnician out. it was an 8 hour window wait on the day for them to come. they diagnosed the problem and had to order the part. and scheduled the repair for the following week. 4 weeks of the part not coming in and rescheduled repair appointments i had to call best buy back about the issue. they have now rescheduled me for another technician to come out with a 4 hour window to show up for repair. so im going on over a moth without a washer that i paid over $700 after the extended warranty.

I purchased a protection package because my last washing.did not last very long, I need peace of mind with this washing machine.

We have not had to use the protection plan yet but we are excited that if something was to go wrong, we will have protection.

You can’t go wrong with this plan! Piece of mind and protection!

Geek Squad is protection I like having for backup for my purchases. Good insurance.

I have the geek squad warranty but hope I never have to use it. But should I ever need it to replace or fix washer it was worth the $99.
