We bought the 5 year protection plan for product failure. The last item we bought this on, someone at Best Buy decided to cancel it out after 3 years and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Hopefully, we don’t need to use the plan ..... but if we do, hopefully it gives us the peace of mind for the full 5 years we bought it for.

Work great for the money. The only thing I wish is that agaitator came off .but would recommend to everyone
