Excellent work with installation and delivery in timely manner

I haven't needed to use the 5-year protection plan yet, and hopefully I won't need to anytime soon. However, with the great value that I got at the Best Buy outlet, it was a no-brainer to go ahead and purchase the protection plan. For peace of mind, I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The service was excellent! The guys came removed and delivered my new washer. One of the gentlemen explained how it worked - it was great! I will continue to use this service in the future. Well worth it and a great experience.

I have only called once. They didn't even need to come to my house. They walked me through how to fix the problem and stayed on the phone to make sure the problem was fixed.

So far so good hopefully they last me a long time illegals but Time will tell they're already better than my last washer and dryer thought I would try the front load so that I can put things on top of the washer and dryer

I love a gas dryer vs electric. The drying time is amazingly fast in comparison to an electric. I am so glad i choose the gas one!

I am happy that I have this service in case anything happens to my dryer. That added protection makes me feel good about my purchase and gives me a piece of mind.

Brand new dryer leaks water all over my floor. Takes 3 hours to dry a load. My entire laundry room gets hot and steamy like a sauna. I am 100% sure that my vents are clear. This dryer came defective. Best Buy keeps telling me that I have to bring it back but they delivered it and i have no way to get a 300lb appliance back to the store. I ordered it online anyways.

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for over 10 years. I will only purchase my electronics and appliances at Best Buy. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My first major computer purchase 10 years ago, I reluctantly purchased the Geek Squad protection. It paid for itself within months. I buy the Geek Squad protection for all my electronics and major appliances. From helping me set up wireless printers, to downloading pictures, and removing viruses, Geek Squad is a NECESSITY!! I highly recommend spending the money for the piece of mind that comes with the Geek Squad protection. Always recommending to family and friends!!

I just love the size of my new washer /dryer from Best Buy.No need for abd adjustment.It was a perfect fit to replace my old washer/dryer.Since the dryer is ventless,I was left with a hole from the vent with no hose in it.I got a galvanized cover from Amazon ,priblem solved.

My old washer lasted over 20 years before finally dying. I fully expect my new one to have excellent longevity. The additional protection was 'just in case.'

Purchased the 5 year Geek Squad protection service for my new Samsung Washer and Dryer. Have not had to utilize this service for the appliances yet, however I have utilized Geek Squad in the past and they are awesome and I trust them to fix it when I can’t.

If considering buying paying the ovely high saleprices for it i strongly suggest purchasing a protection warranty

I always get a Geek Squad warranty on all my major appliances. This on is on a recent Washer purchase. I did have two major large purchases that I purchased this warranty on and it covered those two products with no questions or problems.

After the geek squad set up my new washer and dryer they explained my warranty to me. I feel like I will never need to use , it but I’m happy that I purchased the extended warranty. I felt like it was the best thing to do since these units a very large and a bit more technical to repair. The lead geek squad gentlemen that delivered our tv a few years ago was the same one who did this installation for us. It was reassuring to see a familiar face and someone who truly is professional.
