    Was never able to resolve my issue with the machine in spite of countless - altho had something like 25 job numbers - calls. Received conflicting information, false information. Calls were not returned and the technician who showed up had no idea why he was there - thought just to "check out" the machine. Just looked at it. Did not examine the hook up. Seemed to not understand what I was saying. I had described the issue in detail to 2 customer service reps who apparently never passed this along. This tech told me to replace it. Ultimately I cancelled the order. Have never had such terrible customer service. Incompetent and dishonest.

    Bought a Maytag Washer 04/13/2022. A week ago on 11/13/2024, about 3 years later Washer would not work. Got an error code F7E1, to call repair. So I called Geek Squad because I had a 5 yr. Warranty protection. Said it would take one week. They arrived a week later and said it would take another week to get part and said no guarentee that part Main Control Broard would fix it, only it would give them information needed to fix it. Now we can't wash for another week, it not longer. I will never buy a warranty from Best Buy again.

    This warranty is a nigthmare. i had an appointment about two weeks ago for Friday 15th 12:00 - 5:00pm. and the repair man was a no show/no call. I called best buy customer service who had me on the phone for over 4 hours transferring me to different departments. They finally reschedule my appointment for june 19. The repairman comes by himself which is another big issue i told the reps repeatedly my washer and dryer are stacked. I had to send someone to my house to help him take down the dryer. I also had to have someone else disconnect the dryer. I have to now wait another week for the part to come in. It taking close to 4 weeks to repair this washer. I don't understand what this warranty covers. I've been a Elite plus member for over fours years. That's ending this year. I will never buy warranty from this company again.

    Absolutely the worst and a total waste of money. Made 2 appointments to have by Samsung Dryer repaired, not even 2 years old...which is junk as with many products made by Samsung. Part of why I purchased the Geek Squad protection. Both of those appointments were cancelled by whomever at Best Buy without my knowledge. The last attempt, despite getting a confirmation text, no one bothered to show up to repair the dry nor did anyone give me a courstesy call to notify me of the cancellation. These 2 attempts don't include chatting on line with an "agent", whome claimed they made an appointment. When I called Best Buy they had NO record of an appointment being made. My next step if they fail to show again, which I am confident they likely won't show, is to contact the BBB. Save your money folks.
