    I am currently having trouble with my dryer and every time I call the number to set up an appointment the automatic services hangs up on me. This review is from 3-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection

    Payed for a new washing machine & It arrived broken after installing it wouldn’t work so they replaced it a week later with an LG washer but canceld my warranty with out my knowledge. Claimed they didn’t know I still wanted the warranty, of course I wanted the warranty I just wanted a brand new washing machine that actually worked now a year later the washing machine had stopped working and there nothing I can do about it. Agent admitted it was a mistake on Best Buy but there’s nothing they can do about it.

    The GE GAS Dryer was never delivered . neither the install was performed . completely unprofessional and unreliable service and very unprofessional customer service who has no clue what's happening to my order . the order was placed on March 20th 2024. its been over a month .and i still haven't received the product . HOW CAN THE WARRANTY ACTIVATE WITHOUTH THE PRODUCT NOT BEING DELIVERED AND INSTALLED

    LG setup Wi-Fi no instruction. I need LG support. But nothing . Also use LG cost more times and more money than Samsung

    Replacement is good but hate that you have to purchase again if you use it once. I thought when you paid for 5 years it was for 5 years

    Buy 5 year when washer machine broken. Call them. They don’t come fix and take so long for appointments If anyone know , please concern and don’t buy appliances at bestbuy due to Greek Squad not helpful like other

    Geek Squad Really Doesn't Care About You

    I had problems getting my refund/exchange done by several agents. It was a "pass the buck" type thing. My original purchase of the broken Insignia washer was on 8-2-21 and the exchange was done on 8-15-21. I received my new Samsung on 9-8-21. I was given a compensation of one amount and then the next Geek Squad agent and his manager on the day of delivery refused to honor the prior Geek Squad agents amount. They blamed the computer system for the much lower compensation. They told me I would receive a call back once the washer showed as delivered in the system. That was two days ago. No call back and no compensation. If I could give them a 0 star rating, I'd do it twice

    Very hard to get an technician on the phone.

    Long Wait to get a technician on the phone. Call dropped after long wait. Had another Lon wat for representative. Earliest appointment was a week later. Technician from Dependable who came told me Best Buy installed inflexible exhaust hose for dryer which should have been a flex hose. He then said he did not replace hoses. Fortunately he was able to reattach existing hose. I’m very disappointed in the service.

    I purchased the five-year protection for my Samsung oven. The first time I called to have someone come out and fix it and they didn't show up. A second appointment was scheduled and they didn't show up. Then, out of the blue, someone from A & E Whatever shows up unannounced and without an appointment two weeks later. I am never, ever getting Geek Squad protection. They can't deliver the service. The person who shows up will be some third-party "partner."

    I bought washing machine on March 15,2020. I took Geeksquad protection for 3 yrs. my washing machine stop working on July 1 st week and and I called Geeksquad and technician came and cannot fix the problem. Geek squad technician gave third party contractor number to fix it. They came few time and couldn’t fix it. Now one month is over still washing machine is not working. Worst service from geek squad.. I never recommend it

    Sure, the price is kinda high, especially since you probably just dropped a lot of money on the actual item/appliance you want, but the piece of mind eases the high price

    The warranty is good, but they don't usually offer it past the initial stage. I buy items in the open, scratch and dent aection, so I usually buy the warranty just in case.

    I bought, this washer along with the GEEK SQUAD service plan, 3 months into it, it stop working. Called the company they said unplug and start it up again. Didn't work. Get the run around trying to get it fixed. Called Geek Squad they told me to bring back to the store. REALLY what kind of answer is that. I NEVER WOULD HAVE BOUGHT A GEEK SQUAD PLAN IF THAT WAS THE ANSWER,
