This is a joke! Call to get brand new appliance fixed after I received damaged. They give you the run around. Send a repair man out just for it to do the same thing after using it. Just send me the new product undamaged and take this thing back!

I'm not impressed with the warranty, they didn't cover my only failure.

Terrible service. I called long ago and they denied fixing my kitchen aide freezer. So why buy GS protection????? They told me to call manufacturer. Today as i type this the feeezer i replace. Very upset. I think had they really dedicated the fix, it be no issue today and no replacement.

Purchased extended warranty bit would jot cover a boot seal that collected mold within 2 years even though Maytag clearly stated it is not a cosmetic thing and they will replace it themselves.

Dryer does not dry very well. Lint gets into clothes when drying. Settings do not work at all in terms of drying clothes. There is no light inside dryer.

Less than 9 months after purchase, the dryer drum broke out from the dryer. It is not drying properly too. What use to be done in one drying cycle needs to be run twice now. Super disappointed!

they could not set the delivery date of the last product I bought because of a system error. I cald many times. I had to return it and buy it again

I really struggled to get a replacement. At least I did get a replacement eventually for the product I really needed. It's still worth getting geeksquad services

Absolute Waste of Money. They send you to manufacture. Purchased new washer/dryer. Failed within 30 days. Best Buy would not return/exchange. Only told me to contact manufacture. They will not refund the warranty.

I purchased the geek squad protection and my washer stopped working. The did not want to fix it. Dont purchase! !

It took almost two weeks to get part and come fix it. Although without the warranty we would have been sol.

So glad I secured my purchase with 5 year warranty. No repair or exchange available and only original purchase price of one of the 2 units I must now pay to replace. Not cool!

It’s a scam because the coverage is really for 4 years not 5 and they do not take responsibility of the first year and still act like they did do something.

Paid a pretty penny for our last appliance and our top of the list recommended by consumer reports for the LG Washer and Dryer and the washer quit 6 months after it.

wouldn't recommend. installer Best Buy sent caused a huge gas leak in the house when I called geek quad they couldn't help other than saying call the fire department and gas company.

I request service for washer. They missed their schedule 2 times and no one call me back for rescheduling. Their time frame is 8 am- 5 pm. What a long time period and still they missed it

Haven’t had great times with geek squad. Hoping not to have to need it because I know the last time was a fight to get them to do their job.
