    It’s almost impossible to get anyone on the phone even when you have an issue that could be resolved over the phone. Also they don’t give you a number to reach them without going through the automated operator. If I could have I’d not given any stars.

    I am trying to get an appointment for my washer , no appointments for 8 days , when I purchased best buy rep promised something else and its seems its not true . I was on hold for 2yrs ,very disappointed .

    Took a long time to get, and when i got them i only got dryer,then i finally go the washing machine it wad damaged so hd take back,and then finally got the washer but took over 1 1/2 months

    The GS has been here twice to fix a Samsung washing machine. They didn't check to see if all the parts arrived until they were here and realized the most important part was not delivered. It's now been 2 weeks without a washing machine.

    Useless, nothing but getting transferred, than get the “Oh it is under MfG warranty” call the MfG, yah that ran out a month ago. Hey we’re booked out 6 weeks. Total waste of money, replacing this unit as a total loss.. I am done with Best Buy

    Defective product and arrogant store personnel

    Delivered a dryer that did not work, set a followup appointment that Best Buy cancelled without on the day of the scheduled delivery. Registered my concern in the Christiana store and was treated with contempt and disrespect.

    The extra protection is a joke as you still may have to come out of pocket. I will never purchase geek squad protection again...I’d go with a third party or rely on my credit card company.

    2 months old and already drain all the water out. End of clothes cloths are soaking wet. Very loud and no timer to tell you when the load will be done.

    I had a failure on my washer and was told to kick rocks, Best Buy didn't even acknowledge I had this coverage and didn't cover my failure.

    Never will I purchase any appliances from best buy! The geek squad is rude when it comes to appliances they are lazy and dont want to do the full job.

    The worst washer you can buy. Don’t waste your money on this horrible thing. I bought it last march. By November just stopped working. It’s been almost two months with out washer. What a freaking nightmare. Thank you LG and Geek.

    Geek Squad fried my computer

    When I brought my computer in for them to clean it out, they fried the motherboard and told me that that it was not good prior to me bringing it to them. I just typed letters on it before I brought it in. The only way the motherboard gets fried is on their end. Now they want to charge me $199.99 for there geek squad service, I paid last year only $74.99 rip off

    It’s an ok washing machine, but it had some issues, mainly it would fill and drain only, bestbuy was helpful to resolve it
