These individuals will walk you throught the process or come out and fix the issues you have with any of your purchases! Slap that warranty on it and protect that purchase!

I've had mixed experiences with BB Geek Squad protections plans in the past. However, last May I bought a Maytag top loader washing machine for my mother and put a 5-yr protection plan. It was the best thing I could have done because 6 months later it simply stopped working. I called Geek Squad, they helped me set up an appointment and in a couple of days they came to fix it. I am very skeptical about spending my money on protections plans, but this time I am glad I decided to purchase the 5 yr protections plan. I may not feel confident on the Maytag washer I purchased, but I glad I can call GS to fix any future problems, at least for the next 4 years.

I'm new at this home ownership thing so of course I ordered a gas dryer when I really needed an electric dryer. They were so helpful correcting my mistake. They quickly installed the correct product and even got the revised bill correct. And best of all, no one pointed a finger at me laughing!! lol

My mom always taught me to protect the things you buy, and Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection is one of the best warranties you can buy. Ive been a huge fan of Best Buy for years and have spent a ton of money, and any large item I always buy the extended warranty. Its not only offering you a peace of mind, but its also perfect IF something breaks. I havent had to use warranties from Best Buy often, but when I have, I have always been taken care of.

I bought the Washer/Dryer Heat pump Dry , and as someone who worked servicing appliances for 27 years, I know things can happen, and I also know the technology these machines have now , I needed the Geek Squad on my side !!

Im using them for the last 6 months. They are the best. I have already 2 friends who purchased the same after checking ours.

I’ve always had great luck with geek squad service. It pays for itself. I’ve had it on a robotic vacuum that had issues & I ended up with a new one. The newest geek squad protection I got was for my new washer. That way I don’t have to worry about my new appliance!!!!

This protection plan makes buying an expensive purchase pain free and best buy knows this.

I purchased the protection plan on an open box item, and even after purchasing the protection plan, my total still came out to less than the original price of the item I bought. Definitely worth it to have protection and peace of mind.

Process was a process from the beginning but once product was deemed not fixable the replacement process was amazing.

I haven't had to use this yet, but did on a dishwasher we bought several years ago. It has been difficult to find local repair people so this works !

This paid off well when my LG Washer died 13 months after purchase. The call in process was quick and easy and the in-home tech was on time and knowledgeable. The service was good and there was no difficulty in working out a fully covered (same or lesser priced) replacement.

Very quiet operations and they wash and dry perfectly every time. The repository for the detergent and softener is a big convenience.

I would definitely recommend getting a warranty with this cute baby

Hope to never need it ... but it is good to know that If I do, I will get 100% purchase price back if something cant be fixed, etc! This means it is NOT pro-rated like a car battery that depreciates over time. 1st year they work in conjunction with manufacturer's warranty, and then 4 yrs after. Like I said, fingers crossed I will never need it as long as the products live up to the manufacture reputations!
