I haven't used it yet so truly I can't give it a true review.

Geek Squad is always good to have, it really pays off to have it in the long run.

I know protection plans are deemed to be a waste of money, but for expensive purchases I would never not get it. The one time I did need to have one of my TV's repaired (I had it for a year before it had problems), Best Buy decided the 2nd time to refund the cost of the tv, which I then used to buy a new one. I bought this protection for my new washing machine. Gives me peace of mind knowing that if something goes wrong Best Buy is positively responsive.

Love the extra protection plan now I don’t have to worry as much if the system malfunctions

Geek Squad came and explained everything when they dropped off the items. They were very thorough. I really appreciated them explaining everything.

I was so happy that I had the 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan. I had an internal problem with my Maytag Washer and the Protection Plan kicked in and they replaced the washer when it could not be fixed. Everyone was nice about the problem and now I have my new replacement washer. So I have renewed the plan when it came up.

Very pleased with this combo washer/dryer will fit right under my counter top. Glad l git tge Geek Squad warranty. Peace of mind if l need them.

Great protection plan! I thought it started coverage after the warranty ends but im not sure because the protection plan says good thru 3/2025 and if the warranty is 1 yr then the protection is actually only 2 yrs. However the geek squad description says it starts after the warranty ends so i have no idea.

I had a service call from agent Shawn who was able to quickly resolve my problem after no help from the 800#. Highly recommended! He works out of the Cranberry store.

He came out a few times to Fix, the different washers was very pleasant.Need to call back again.Since my soap drawer is broke.

Purchased the 5 year extended warranty through the geek squad for our Samsung washer. Although I haven't had to use them yet, it is nice to know I have the added protection if needed.

I have used this service previously and it was very good and service was very professional when it was needed.

We always get the Greek Squad warrantee of high dollar purchases. Quick and easy one stop shopping. I’m sure there are other options, but have always been pleased the BB when I needed to call.

Luckily haven’t had to use the 5 year plan but glad to know I have it incase anything were to happen
