Beautiful washer and dryer. They look beautiful together and work perfectly.

Too early to know how good this plan is, so giving only 4 stars for now. Geek Squad has always been a great value for my laptops, printers, desktops and other devices, so I expect the plan on the dryer will be the same. The dryer was a gift to my daughter and son-in-law and I bought the protection to make it less of a hassle if service is needed, since their work and travel schedules leave little time to search for appliance service providers.

Hopefully I never need this product, however for the length of the warranty and the price... that's what pushed me over the edge to purchase from Best Buy

I would suggest that you review the Mfr service warranty VS BestBuy warranty, NEW Parts VS NEW or Used Parts. Like many customers I purchased my Washer and Dryer and Service Contract all together and opened a BestBuy Card for the BestBuy Points. You have a certain time to cancel the service contract without penalty as per your State Law on service contracts.

Do not ever buy an appliance without the BestBuy warranties. I can't begin to count how many times we have successfully used the warranties for everything from game consoles, appliances, computers and more. The cost for four or five years is less than a single repair. Furthermore, BestBuy repairs are completed relatively quickly. Home repair appointments are timely, as well.

We haven't used it yet, because the washer/dryer is working well.

The ability to customize my setting which includes steam cycles on the washer and dryer is a game changer! This is honestly the best washer dryer set Ive ever owned.

This is one purchase that I hope we will never need, but it is reassuring to know that, should the washer ever break down during our first 5 years of ownership, we are fully covered.

I have not had to use this for my washer yet, but bought for a peace of mind as i always do for appliances from Best Buy. It is a great investment.

One of the reason I shop at Best Buy first is because I know the Geek Squad support is superior to any other . I purchase it on any item that I believe may need an exspensive repair but also hope I never need the Geek Squad for any appliance that I have pruchased at Best Buy

My 1st dryer was defective upon delivery, didn’t work, when I called week squad they said I would have to call store and purchase a new one, even though the 1st one never worked. Store employee was very helpful and a new dryer was delivered a few days later. However since the 1st one did not work, I don’t feel like I should have had to wait for another to be delivered.

I have only had to use the warranty from best buy time, however I got a new camera since the original one I purchased broke and was no longer in stock. totally worth it on large purchases where if you need to repair or replace once it pays for itself.

Agent on phone, ordered the wrong parts. Waited 3 weeks for the parts, but 1st Repairman couldn't fix my range because the parts were wrong He ordered more parts & i waited another 3 weeks, but they weren't the right parts so 2nd Repairman ( who was good) couldn't fix it, but he did order the correct parts. He expedited the 3 week wait, so i could get the range fixed in 1 week& the good Repairman fixed it. It took 7 weeks for Geek Squad to do their job.

The squad was very polite and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied after an order mixup in the store. Great guys.
