For the first time in years I had to use Geek squad and it was good. Also it depends of the person that helps you but I had no issues at all

I will always buy the extended protection. I have always needed it. Equipment is just not made to last anymore. The protection has always worked great. They send repair men out when you call.

I bought a dryer from Best Buy, which packed up after one use. Thank God for Geek squad who came to the rescue. The representative from Geek squad was highly professional and the service was excellent.

Geek Squad protection is super safe to get and covers just about everything that i need it to cover. They will come and pick it up and swap for another one if they are unable to fix it. This protection is everything you want and I highly recommend purchasing this protection.

They did an awesome job getting it installed without any issues and were nice too!

Easy to program and use. Gets stuff clean! It even plays a fun jingle when it is finished. High efficiency saves water and detergent.

I purchased the 5 year warranty from Best Buy. The warranty is reasonable compared to other appliance stores and manufacturers warranty. It's great to have the peace of mind. Would recommend getting a warranty for your washer.

We just bought a new house and had these delivered the same week of the closing. So far so good. I love how much laundry I can do at a time. The wash and drying process seems a lot faster. I would highly recommend

I am glad that I have this. However, one thing to note is that during the factory warranty period Geek Squad is not effective. You must go through the manufacturers system. I did have a slight issue with my washer and had to wait a month for the factory technician to show up, even though I had paid extra for Geek Squad service.

Quick delivery and installation for the appliance I purchased

My tech were awesome. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

I always get GS protection on larger appliances because I live in a remote area where it is difficult to get repairs done. This protection has never let me down!

I have had such a bad experience so far with this warranty. 3 days to come look at it, not knowing after explaining on phone what it was or problem. Waiting 10 more days for multiple parts because they aren’t sure, just to cancel that appointment because they didn’t check to see parts had been delivered days before to my house. Now I have to wait 5 more days for next “available” appointment. So far it has been awful service. We will see if it gets fixed. So that will be 17 days out from when I made first phone call and maybe not even fixed then because they weren’t even sure what was wrong. I will update after next appointment but from now on I will buy my appliances from somewhere that actually cares about customer service. So far I get the run around to call this number or that number because nobody knows.

Had an issue with my dryer, they came and verified it and, than they fixed the problem and it's just great I got my item fixed and did not had to pay anything, it's perfect

So far haven't needed the warranty. Fingers crossed!

I got the 5year protection plan just incase I didn't with last tv. Funny it quit just after 5 years.

I love when it let me know when the cicle is done.

Best part is warranty in case something goes wrong
