This is a great washer and dryer. It's saves a lot of space and the smart home integration is pretty cool too

LG would not honor the service on this washer. Geek Squad was right on it and handled everything professionally, from the initial phone call to the service techs. My 1st time using Geek Squad.

You would be crazy to buy any appliance without buying the protection plan. BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT!!! My fridge is dead and will now be replaced thanks to the plan. I couldn’t be happier with Best Buy.

Saved me a lot of trouble with my dryer. The local tech came out a few times to try and repair my dryer. When he was unsuccessful he made a phone call and right away he had a replacement approved.

Since we had to purchase a new washer and dryer,we are glad we were able to get the total tech team to back it up. It’s nice knowing that our appliances are covered.

We usually purchase protection plans for expensive items purchased at Best Buy. Contracts are generally less expensive than plans at other retailers. We have only USED them on a few occasions, but had good experiences those times.

I purchased this warranty, just incase something goes wrong. I've rarely if ever needed to use a Best Buy warranty but I get it for peace of mind.

Very need it, very good value, recommend everyone to spend the extra money at front and get it, when the machine breaks for first time you will have to look for a repair center and spend more in the first visit

My favorite part is the 5 year geek squad warranty, never had to use but I see them moving around the city .

installers were very professional knew what they were doing Excellent job and took old units away. I bought a 5 year warranty to cover my new Samsung Dryer. Peace of mind for 5 years is worth this price.

So glad I have this protection, peace of mind, knowing that if anything happens to my washer in the next five years, it will be replaced
