I always purchase the extended warranty. I've had to only use the ones prior very few times but the times that I did use it they always came thru.

I have been using these for over two years. I haven't had any issues. Washer is great and dryer drys. They were delivered and installed perfectly. I like that these are top loaders so no worry of mildew or leaks like front loaders.

I bought a washer and bought the extended 3 year Geek Squad Protection. Haven't had to use it. Thankfully.

So far it was amazing , hopefully great so dar , purchase October 2023 . Before I have same and last 8 years

I got the extended warranty because it was cheaper then the Nicor home Solution package I have. This way I’m working with the point of sale only. I’m going to ask about getting dryer coverage for my older machine. So far so good

They came out and checked my washer and decided i should just get a new one. It was Replaced within a week and i couldnt be happier with the service i received.

Love my washer and dryer very much. They are still holding up strong

I have used them twice and they stated this washing machine is not a good one, they have many people not satisfied with this product. Always on time.

I hope I do not need to use this protection but, l feel like it is a good deal and give me comfort in knowing I have this service.

Nothing at all its all amazing maybe the only thing is the staking kit didn't come with it .

If I could rate this 0 star I would. If you want to save yourself the hassle don't bother purchasing their protection plan. I have purchased all my appliances from them because they had the best deals. BUT when it comes to getting geek squad to do their job it is the worse experience ever! I started to have issues with my washer a week ago, I have the 5-year protection plan with geek squad so I called to set up an appointment that same day this so call " servicer" called to ask what was wrong with my washer I told him what was wrong and he said they will go ahead and order the part and be here Saturday (8-12). Saturday gets here and its 3 pm no one called no showed up. I called the "servicer" who rudely says the part has not arrived yet and can't do anything about it until the part is delivered I start to ask why didn't anyone say anything or even call to let me know they weren't going to show up, he interrupted me and says he didn't know how long it will take Ill have to call them and find out he can't do anything about it. I called the geek squad and they said the part can take up to 30 days to arrive!! They FAILED to say that when purchasing the protection plan. It is worthless! I end up buying another washer because I can not wait on them to fix it. It can take up to a month! Seriously! I have a washer in my home for a reason and I purchased their protection plan for a reason as well. I did not expect them to turn around and say it may take up to 30 days, and that only for the part to be delivered, then I'll have to wait to make another appointment with them to come to fix it. All this is ridiculous and very inconvenient definitely not worth the money at all! I hope corporate sees the worthless products and services they have and do something about it. They lost a customer with me and I will make sure I share my experience with EVERYONE I know!!

Fantastic service by the geek squad, they never stop amazing me. Extremely knowledgeable in the field that they work in. The set up of the new appliances went very smooth and fast. I know who I’m getting for my next TV set up.

Excellent customer service! First washer was really too loud for my liking. Called and the exchange was delivered in 2 days.

You pay for what you get.....I had no issues purchasing a 5 year Standard Geek Squad Protection Plan. Things happen and I have the assurance that the Geek Squad will be available for any future issues I possibly have in the future.

I have not had the need to use the protection plan. I am hoping not to ever use it. Some may feel that is a waste but I consider it an investment to ensure my products are protected with little to no disruption to my life.

I always buy extended warranties for my electronics and appliances. It nice to be worry free for 5 years. Should I need to use the plan, service is excellent and they are available when I am available.

When I purchased my appliances I was told that I had two weeks after the delivery date to purchase the protection plan. I went into the store to make the purchase and I was told by the CSR that it wasn't possible because two had past from the date of purchase. She then asked the Department Manager what could be done, he told her to give me an 800 number and they could help me. Once she ran the info again, she was able to complete the transaction. Then stated to me, "I knew you were telling the truth. But my computer isn't acting right!" On another note, I love my new washer and dryer! The young lady that assisted me with the initial purchase was great, but the second lady that I purchased the protection plan from was definitely not my favorite.

This was the first product I bought for my brand new home, It was a necessity of course and a good one. These products have and still is taking care of my clothes like a good machine should, I am very pleased with this purchase.
