Great product to have at a reasonable price and easy to use

I haven't had to use this but definitely wanted this protection on my new Samsung top loader washer. With all the issues that Samsung is having lately, especially with their top loaders, I didn't want to take a chance with something happening outside of warranty.

I haven’t had to use this yet but hopefully it comes in handy when something goes wrong with my washer or dryer. I will update in the future.

I bought Geek Squad Protection for Washer and Dryer after Geek Squad Professional installed them. I thought to worth buying it for support by professionals. Total value for money and peace of mind.

This dryer has been a great purchase, is powerful compare to my previous Kenmore and is really High efficiency (it dries in less time, what use to take me 45 minutes it now takes 30). The sound is quiet & smooth and it looks sharp. And for an super awesome price of $345.

Had to add this purchase and hope that I don’t have any issues.

Very big bin and smart home enabled for alexa or google home. It takes a while to wash a heavy load but clothes come out clean.

I hope I never have to use this, but was told just call us if you need us…

I haven't had to use this and hopefully won't have too!! I only by this warranty for big ticket items. I have only had to use this warranty in the past once and was pleased with the experience. I would recommend it for big ticket items!

Im happy with the warranty i feel like its a great price for the term other places i looked before finally purchasing here only offered 1 yr warranty for almost same price.

I could not get my dryer hooked up on delivery day due to not having proper valve, after having proper valve in place, it took me one phone call for geek squad to come back in and hook up my gas dryer

I have not had to use my warranty yet to this day due to whirlpool being an awesome product but I am happy knowing that I have a five year warranty to cover any issues that may occur.

Besides the appliance you get that you really love you must get Geek Squad PP, smart decision they are always helping you with your problem and if they cannot solve it they Replace it for sure, which it was my case! So happy I got it :) Thanks Best Buy!

With every major purchase, I always get extended protection. In several instances paid for itself and sometimes many times over.

Geek squad has one of the best protection pains ever. I get it on everything I buy from Best Buy and have never had a problem using it. I make lager purchases from here just for the protection pains!!

This will provide a great value and peace of mind for the washer. LG is high quality, but just in case.
