They work hard to get the repair done in a timely fashion & the repairmen are always very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Highly recommend getting this for any high ticket item!

We’ve had different techs look at it, one part replaced which was not the fix. It ran great besides that and the leak was random and runs quiet. It’s being exchanged for a different unit. Best Buy has been very helpful with that.
