I have actually never had to use the geek squad warranty. This is a good thing but it a great peace of mind that I have it just in case. I love that I get the portion on 1 or 3 years.

I have only had to use the warranty from best buy time, however I got a new camera since the original one I purchased broke and was no longer in stock. totally worth it on large purchases where if you need to repair or replace once it pays for itself.

I've always purchased geek squad protection with all my new product purchases. It's well worth the ease of knowing your product is covered. I purchased the 3 year but ended up going with a 5 year instead.

I haven't used the service for the washer but Greek is the best! I've had them work on my laptops in the last.

Always there to help when needed though i havent needed to use it more than a couple times.

Geek squad came to service my washer and after trying to order parts it turned out it would cost more than the washer so they gave me a new one instead

NOthing more important than a best buy protection. YOu don't need to go through all the hazzle to contact local repair.

I had my Samsung washer out of order after a year. Unfortunately I did not purchase the extra protection plan so it costed me fortune to fix it but i had to do it anyways. Great services and friendly mechanics thanks to Bestbuy Geeksquad. Thank you!

The Geek squad is always courteous and professional. I Always get the longest warranty.

Fortunately haven't had to use it as washer is brand new but it is good to have should something go awry.
