I always buy Best Buy warranty with anything that I buy on Best Buy, the only place that I trust buying I had only wonderful experience so far , I am a costumer for over 18 years .

I haven’t had to use this for these items. I have used geek squad services in the past. They are always helpful and very responsive. I am sure I will not have a problem getting help if needed in the future for these items as well. I pretty much get geek squad protection on all big ticket items that I purchase at Best Buy.

Had to use after dryer stopped spinning, easy to schedule, i was expdcting a couple of weeks wait since i am furtyer away from store (1hr) but i was able to get scheduled 2 days later.

Great option to buy a three year warranty repair, especially for the cost. I haven't needed it, and God Willing I never do, but the services promised are a good deal for 100 bucks.

Very happy to discover warranty on appliances is for five years and not less! You never know if the appliance will be in need of any service over the years!

That insurance is good for the machine and is better to buy it

I’m not usually one to worry overly much about large appliances when it comes to warranties, but I’m. Sry happy to know that I’m covered for the next 5 years should anything go wrong. I’ve gotten several warranties with Best Buy and never had a problem when it came to using them. Definitely gives me peace of mind and well worth the investment.

Agents came and picked up my old washe/ dryer and installed new unit. Very friendly and professional.

This plan pays for itself. Love how it covers it for 5 years. Definitely worth buying. If your appliances go out, if they cant repair it, they will replace it for the cost you paid for the item. Gives me peace of mind if anything goes wrong.

Despite all the expensive new high tech appliances, reliability isn't so good these days, so this warranty is a must for us. We could not get parts or even a service call for our old units (only three years old!), so we switched brands and made sure to get a full-replacement guarantee warranty.

This LG set is fantastic! I researched quite a bit, comparing several brands, and finally took the plunge. I love everything about both the washer and dryer. Both are super easy to operate, the washer uses less water, and the clothing comes out smelling cleaner and looking so much better. Thank you, LG!

Haven’t had to use the extra warnaty but it always good to have extra protection

I love the option of knowing if something goes wrong with our washer, the Geek Squad is a call away. Crossing my fingers we get a full 5+ years out of it.

My Samsung washer dial broke. I called and they came out and fixed it. I've had this on all of my Best Buy appliance purchases and I have used it on almost all of them. Not a knock on Best Buy, but on the brands.

Washing machine is great! I love the vent where is keeps it from smelling like other washing machines
