Recommend just to cover you back. Unfortunately things for some reason tend to break down after warranty.

There is no better a warranty than Geek Squad. They are quick to respond and are very knowledgeable and capable. Never had an issue when dealing with them.

This warranty from Best Buy is the best they always come when you call and if I have any issues they replace the items as promised

The Geek Squad Squad crew is great but the scheduling and management and needs some work in as much as they need to be able to be contacted easier and schedules need to be more flexible

I personally think the pricing is a little high. But when you’re concerned about breakdowns of an high priced appliances, you’re willing to pay the price.

Purchased geek squad protection for all my appliances and electronics. It is worth it as they will either fix or replace my items with the protection

These guys came in and made setup of our new dryer so easy. I normally do it all myself, and was tired of trying to fix our old dryer. They even switched the door to open the way I wanted. Worthy.

The agents connected my devices but there was a problems with the washer hook up second time cold and hot water lines not installed correctly... Third time washer replaced fine

The guys that delivered were very polite & knowledgeable

Had a lot of problems with Washing machine after multiple visits and run around 9 months later is was replaced!

Hopefully we don’t have to use this but in the past with major appliance, we had issues and with this protection plan we feel safe

I like Best buy's Geeksquad protection. I have used it in the past and always get it to protect my appliance investment.

They did an ok job installing my washer. Did quite get it leveled right. I had to have someone else to come out and get it leveled.

So far loving it. Love best buy warrant, worry free if there is an issue.

Great! Seems pricey when you first look at it, but I have already used it twice on my NEW Samsung washer & dryer. Thanks, Best Buy!
