Have not had to have a service order placed on the devices yet, but I like knowing that they are protected for 5 years to come. I will update with any further information as it becomes available.

I bought a washer and dryer and also a protection plan. for a piece of mind, I want to make sure that if something 's wrong with the appliances, the repair will be covered.

Always purchase the plan for a piece of mind on your purchase because you will get taken care of easier then dealing with manufacturer.
