Fantastic service, good quality and always in time when you need it

I got this fir peace of mind I hope I will not have to use it but if I do I believe they will take care of me

I don't really know what to say. I've used Geek Squad for a TV that had issues in the past, and the took care of everything.

We had a defective pump on our washer when we received it. The Geek Squad came to fix it, and due to the inconvenience they provided us with an extended warranty

After having purchased an LG washer/dryer combo unit in November 2023 and taking delivery in January 2024, I called a few days ago when the unit was having a leak from the front door. I was told that I needed to contact LG because the unit was still under warranty with them. So I say what good is purchasing an extended warranty if Best Buy isn’t going to do anything when I call them other than say go to the manufacturer. I have been a Best Buy customer, purchasing all major appliances, entertainment equipment and computer, iPads, iPhones from them for the past 20+ years. I have almost always purchased protection plans on larger purchases. I have called for repair on appliances that were under warranty in the past and the Geek Squad was sent out to make repairs. That was what I expected now and did not receive. I am more than unhappy. I guess it’s the way the whole world is going, but it’s the final nail in the coffin of my purchasing Geek Sqaud Protection. Worthless! As was calling LG who wanted to merely diagnose my problem over a computer chat and have me do all of the work. That’s not a warranty!

The new washers and dryers are so complex with so many features. Too many things could go wrong. A service call costs just about as much as the extra warranty.

Haven’t had to use there service thus far but seems like they would take care of what needs to be taken care of

I do not buy extended warranty buy th discounted protection for three years with Best Buy card was a game changer.

Nothing to review at this time as I have not used it yet. Bought it for backup.

Geek Squad protection is a must for an appliance like a washer or dryer with this much technology placed into it.

We never make a purchase with getting the geek squad warranty, don’t hesitate protect your purchase!

I didn't purchase a warranty on my last washer only lasted 6 years this time I purchased the warranty and when it's about to expire I will purchase another 3 years

I haven't needed service on my washer yet, but I can say Geek Squad has solved many of my problems in the past.

Have not needed to use the service, but dividing the cost out, over the 60 months, the insurance is worth the price

Happy with the protection plan I bought. I’ve family and friends suggestions which is why I went with this plan.
