Purchased the geek squad protection for peace of mind. Have not had any issues with the appliances.

Provides peace of mind for the purchase and you don’t need to worry as everything is taken care of.

I always do Geek Squad Protection.. so worth it on big purchases.

Nice to have peace of mind should something go wrong. Won't really know how the service is until I need it however

Wouldn’t be without the peace of mind. The warranty stood behind a Samsung washer and dryer.

Did not notice that this was a high efficiency unit. Normal Cycle is 90+ minutes...uses less water but needs 3 times the electricity to complete a cycle. Plus we need to add scent boosters to get that clean scent. If you keep the load size small that helps.. But I have 3 kids, bought to save time washing fewer loads.. For the price, not impressed. It does alert your phone, if set up, at end of cycle which I love.

Suggest to everyone to get the coverage ou need on all purchases, Best Buy is the best
