This protection plan is well worth the money to repair or replace 1,000 and over items if the chance were to happen that the item breaks.

Although the I haven’t has to use the warranty, I feel comfortable knowing I have it.

I almost always buy the replacement policy. Things just seem to go wrong sometimes.

Geek Squad warranties have never failed me so far so any purchase I make at BB I always go with the extra protection.

After having purchased an LG washer/dryer combo unit in November 2023 and taking delivery in January 2024, I called a few days ago when the unit was having a leak from the front door. I was told that I needed to contact LG because the unit was still under warranty with them. So I say what good is purchasing an extended warranty if Best Buy isn’t going to do anything when I call them other than say go to the manufacturer. I have been a Best Buy customer, purchasing all major appliances, entertainment equipment and computer, iPads, iPhones from them for the past 20+ years. I have almost always purchased protection plans on larger purchases. I have called for repair on appliances that were under warranty in the past and the Geek Squad was sent out to make repairs. That was what I expected now and did not receive. I am more than unhappy. I guess it’s the way the whole world is going, but it’s the final nail in the coffin of my purchasing Geek Sqaud Protection. Worthless! As was calling LG who wanted to merely diagnose my problem over a computer chat and have me do all of the work. That’s not a warranty!

So far so good but the scratch up pretty easy, I wish I would have kept the plastic on them.

LG really makes great products. This is a highly efficient, wonderful dryer. Easy to use. Many options for different clothes/fabrics/etc.

So far haven't had to use to experience of the benefits received are worth the money.

I love that my product is protected as one never knows when something can go wrong and then there are no financial worries
