Love it, simple to manage and easy enough to function

I bought the geek squad warranty and I hope to never need it but just in case it was very affordable and worth the ease of stress

I DO NOT buy any big item unless I can purchase a extended service agreement. This came right on time. I'm in good hopes that I won't have to use this within 5 years but just in case cause you never know now days, it's necessary for me to have.

This warranty for my washer makes me feel confident to throw my dirtiest clothes at the washer and not have to worry if the AI decides to take over the other appliances.

After a lot of trouble shooting on a washer unit issue the store went ahead and replaced the unit. Install was professional and extended warranty was worth the price for major appliances.

I got this set for my daughter to replace a set she had and she loves the extras that came with it. She knows when the cycles are done.

Highly recommended for any washer and dryer these days. "They don't make em like they used to" is a saying that applies to washers and dryers more than maybe any other expensive appliance. I think there's maybe one or two brands that still make washers and dryers in America, and they're not super well known, and even they don't make their new ones like they used to. But literally everything else is Chinese or South Korean and designed to be unrepairable and fail within 5 years. Geek Squad warranties are legit, and 5-years' peace of mind is worth every penny.

First several guys that serviced my old dryer were untrustworthy and were no help at all. The last geek squad guy was amazingly helpful and honest. Very professional and customer oriented. This review is for the last geek squad guy that serviced my old dryer.

GEEK SQUAD HAVE COME TO MY HOUSE TO FIX MY INSIGNIA WASHER MORE THAN 10 TIMES ALREADY IN LESS THAN 5 MONTHS. IM NOT SURE IF ITS THE WASHER THAT IS TRASH OR THE MANY WORKERS THAT HAVE COME AND TRY TO FIX DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. IM SICK OF HAVING TO DEAL WITH THESE MANY ISSUES WITH THIS WASHER IN LESS THAN A YEAR!!!!!! I NEED A REPLACEMENT

Excellent work with installation and delivery in timely manner

The delivery guys were great and did an awesome job installing and reviewing the product. Installed the dryer properly and great guys. They clean up the dust bunny underneath the dryer and clean up after themselves

Geek squad service is top tier. I Will forever purchase the service along with any major purchases we make.

These appliances are simply amazing! However you should be aware that unspent cycle the washer is a bit loud. Make sure that you purchase a warranty plan with them because they are truly high-tech and I could see how that could be an issue in the future. I'm sure repairs would be very costly
