I always purchase a Best Buy protection or extended warranty on just about all my appliances and high end electronics I purchase from Best Buy. I have not regret it once. Most times, I never have to use it but the few times I have, Best Buy protection or extended warranty support have been good to me and supported my purchase. I will continue to purchase each type of warranty on my purchases from Best Buy.

I got this set for my daughter to replace a set she had and she loves the extras that came with it. She knows when the cycles are done.

I had a problem with my new dryer leaving lint all over my clothes and not on the lint filter. Best Buy Geek Squad offered to stand behind it and replace the unit. We’re glad to have the option to get a 5 year plan. We’ve had benefits from products needing unexpected replacement and the exchanges were easy. This is for our new washing machine. Unfortunately our 5 year warranty had expired two months prior to needing a replacement. It’s still worth it. We replaced a TV with a five year warranty at 1.5 years.

I recently purchased a Whirlpool washer, expecting a seamless laundry experience, but was sorely disappointed. Right from the start, leveling the machine proved to be a Herculean task. The feet adjustments are so finicky that achieving a stable foundation feels nearly impossible. This instability has led to an intolerably loud operation. Each cycle is accompanied by such a cacophony that it reverberates throughout the house, disrupting the peace. Furthermore, the vibrations are so severe that the machine practically dances across the floor. The promise of Whirlpool's quality and efficiency was completely unmet, leaving me with regret over my purchase. This product has been a letdown in terms of both functionality and user-friendliness.

fantastic deal for five years no worries great job on delivery and set up

There were two agents that I spoke with during the purchase. There was a miscommunication regarding the installations and take away. On arrival, the delivery driver contacted the representatives and they worked together to alleviate my frustrations in making sure that the relevant parts were ordered and another installation and removal was scheduled.

I opted for the Geek Squad Protection plan, and let me tell you, it's like having a safety net for your gadgets. When my washer decided to act weird, Geek Squad had it sorted in no time. The best part? They kept me in the loop throughout, so no mysterious tech magic happening behind closed doors.

Geek squad is a great addition to my product. It gives me a peace of mind knowing my products are protected.

I purchased a 5 year protection plan on my washer I purchased. It is replacing a maytag that the only thing wrong with it was the control board was defective. It went bad after a little more than a year. Because I have the washer in a business maytag would not honor the warranty, and in addition the control board needed was on indefinite backorder. If I had this protection plan on that washer, Best Buy honors the coverage no matter where it is installed, and if the part was unavailable they would replace the washer with a new one.

This is why I go to Best Buy because of the service I get from the geek squad from Install to any service calls. They do what they do best Install. I recommend this to everyone who asked me

I purchased this extended protection to cover the purchase of my new washing machine. Had bought a new washer (different brand) from another retailer (big mistake) as it didn't last even 2 years before breaking down. So I decided to try another brand and not wanting to take any chances, I decided to purchase the 5 year protection plan. I hope to never have to need it, but it's comforting to know that it's there in the event of any problems. The cost of the plan is minimal compared to having to buy another new machine. Would recommend the extended coverage.

Worth every cent. Now, I usually pass on extended warranty offers and such. But, Geek Squad is my exception. Not only because they are rock stars- I purchased a higher end Samsung washer dryer set (I am in love with) and they are literally rock stars. I haven’t had to use them but the peace of mind knowing that I can if I need to is awesome. Did I mention that they said it if at any time I need to have my washer dryer fixed I’ll just come and exchange them out for new ones? Yep-oh yeah
