I recommend this to anyone buying a high priced item worth the weight in gold

You have to track down what is actually covered in the warranty on the web site where there are numerous options and versions. From a consumers perspective it would be nice to walk out the door with a document which clearly defines what is included.

The geek squad set up the laptop and made it so much easier for us.

I haven't used it yet, but for the price I am happy I have coverage for my appliance.

What can you say? I purchased 5yr Geek Squad protection.

They only cover installation/delivery with repairs/replacements if you purchased the installation/delivery with the original purchase. They require you purchase new hookups for them to install. A bit annoying but understandable. It's a bit too early to tell on the service for the protection but I've had good experiences thus far with other geek squad coverage.

Great in case you have a accident. Have it Just in case. Fixes everything.

Best Buy price matched the 5 year product protection from another retailer.

For five years they'll cover most anything. It's well worth the cost.

I hope I won't need to use this but it is very reassuring to know it's there!

Got the extended warranty to make sure I'm covered for more than one year

I would only purchase if I know the product is not good brand cause it only covers malfunctions
