    In Jan 2024, we purchased a GE Profile washer/dryer at Best Buy along with a 5 year warranty policy. When a problem emerged with the washer/dryer, we attempted to use our warranty and Best Buy said our warranty was cancelled with no notification or reason why the warranty was cancelled. The warranty cost was refunded to our Best Buy credit card without any notification. When we attempted to clear this up, Best Buy refused to honor the warranty or accept the payment.

    Trying to connect to get an appointment is a miserable process. Only Monday through Friday and 8 until 5. No good for people who work.
