I haven’t had to use this for these items. I have used geek squad services in the past. They are always helpful and very responsive. I am sure I will not have a problem getting help if needed in the future for these items as well. I pretty much get geek squad protection on all big ticket items that I purchase at Best Buy.

This LG set is fantastic! I researched quite a bit, comparing several brands, and finally took the plunge. I love everything about both the washer and dryer. Despite all the expensive new high tech appliances, reliability isn't so good these days, so this warranty is a must for us. We could not get parts or even a service call for our old units (only three years old!), so we switched brands and made sure to get a full-replacement guarantee warranty.

Both appliances are very easy to use. We bought them about 2 months ago and so far both are working wonderful. I bought the 5 yrs extended warranty as well just in case.

The protection plan from Geek Squad has been a blessing for all my appliances that need repair. Have always with their immediate response for any repairs.

Great price for a new washer. We are hoping the 10 year drivetrain and tub warranty lives up to its hype. Have used the washer a dozen times so far and all seems to be fine. Will have to review this product in another year to update the status of our satisfaction

I always get extended warrantees on new expensive major appliances. Peace of mind and ready for any problems. Modern appliances are not as long lived as the good old days. Too many things can go wrong with computer chips.

The washer and dryer is amazing. It cleans the clothes very well. It has the extra features of sanitizing your clothes. Good to have for virus. Extra large tub for comforters to clean. Excellent washer and dryer.
