Great price for piece of mind. We don't generally buy protection plans but felt out necessary with modern appliances

Wish installers had been better trained on Customer Service. It would have made the installation experience more pleasant. One instance installer kept telling me "No" including telling me not to ask so many questions, they had to get on to other jobs. I said in my business we never say "No" we try to make things work. His reply, "I wouldn't work for you."
