BOUGHT THE 5 YR. GEEK SQUAD WARRANTY FOR PEACE OF MIND BECAUSE BESTBUY STANS BEHIND IT!

Just like every extended warranty, I hope I never have to use it. After a nightmare trying to get service on a Samsung Washer - I went with this on a GE washer. I have used geek squad warrantees in the past, and never had a problem.

I would highly recommend to get a warranty cause as we no anything can happen it pays to have back up its well worth it

This is a good thing to have anything can happen a machine is man made no one should purchase without it

For protecting your investment, if you are going to use the washer on a weekly basis, play it safe and get this 5-year standard protection

Love this set. Very easy to use and cleans the clothes well. Wrinkle free from the dryer.

Will come in handy if the unit breaks. Pretty much will pay for itself if something happens to my appliance.

The men delivered my washer and dryer with little effort. I thought they would have problems getting them into the basement but they knew exactly what they were doing! I am glad I purchased this set as they work awesome!

I have not had the need to use this product as of yet. So i can not give an official review. It was purchased through Best Buy so i am guessing it is a good product. If my Chromebook starts acting up i will do another review after being serviced.

Being a total tech support member has saved me alot of money. They have fixed my computer and printers numerous times. They have replaced my defective washer with a brand new one. They have always treated me with respect.

ALWAYS GET THE PROTECTION PLAN!!!! I can not say this enough - we needed a new washer/dryer after getting lemons and thank goodness we had the protection plan. Geek Squad really will try to fix your issue/problem. Just get the plan

The agent came out and helped me to understand how to use my machine and was very nice, Courteous and patient

Can’t ask for more after successfully contacting the geek squad an appointment was made and the technician arrived to trouble shoot and replace the vital part in a timely manner.harmoon

Nothing at all its all amazing maybe the only thing is the staking kit didn't come with it .

With our last washer and dryer (from a competitor), my wife decided to void out the warranty by taking them apart herself and trying to fix them. I explained to her that all she needs to do is log into best buy and request service.
