The LG True Balance washing/Dryer Machine. It washes the clothes perfectly and The Dryer is so efficient and Fast . The only thing is the tube in the Drain Filter is too Short it should have been longer, then it would be easier to Drain it.

Great to have peace of mind for a big purchase like a washing machine.

I mean what can I say, it’s the Geek Squad, they are amazing at their jobs. If something is broken you are lucky to still have it insured by the Geek Squad, because they will fix the problem and FAST!!!

Hope that I never have to use it, but all things considered the price wasn't bad (We are retired and don't want to have to fuss if anything goes wrong)

So glad we got the geek squad protection for our open box dryer, as soon as we noticed it making a sound we called them and the sent the part the next day. Our appointment was within a week and they knew exactly what to do to fix it. Our dryer works perfectly now.

So far so good -- we feel like we're well-covered with the 5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection service plan we purchased with our new LG washer. Highly recommend to buyers for the peace of mind.

Love this option! Not too expensive and its a must have! Its definitely worth not having the worry of issues arising.

It’s very important to protect you purchase. Best Buy geek squad is there to help. Wether it’s to come to your home and fix the issue or get you a new product if they can’t repair it.

Good protection for about 3 years is really not that bad
