I could not get my dryer hooked up on delivery day due to not having proper valve, after having proper valve in place, it took me one phone call for geek squad to come back in and hook up my gas dryer

The Geek squad unmounted one TV and mounted it in another room and then mounted the new 65 inch replacement and sound system in it's place. Easy peazy!

Geek squad has one of the best protection pains ever. I get it on everything I buy from Best Buy and have never had a problem using it. I make lager purchases from here just for the protection pains!!

If you spend over $200 on anything at Best Buy and don't get Geek squad protection, you are asking for regret. It is certainly better to have it and not need it than the reverse.

This dryer has been a great purchase, is powerful compare to my previous Kenmore and is really High efficiency (it dries in less time, what use to take me 45 minutes it now takes 30). The sound is quiet & smooth and it looks sharp. And for an super awesome price of $345.

We recently purchased our second Whirlpool ventless dryer. We did not purchase this service contact with our first dryer and wished we would have. You should too.

Got them for my first time home purchase. Two years so far and no problems. Not fancy looking by any means. It’s a basic look which I was looking for. Had it delivered and installed with no issues.

Geek squad arrived on time and installed washer quickly. They did a dry run, but forgot to remove the product pamphlet inside. It got soaked!!!. Luckily, we called and was advise to download from site.

Besides the appliance you get that you really love you must get Geek Squad PP, smart decision they are always helping you with your problem and if they cannot solve it they Replace it for sure, which it was my case! So happy I got it :) Thanks Best Buy!

NOthing more important than a best buy protection. YOu don't need to go through all the hazzle to contact local repair.

Best plan ive found so far and this will help with maintenance for years to come on my appliances.

Great because Geek squad comes out if there are any problems. So far i haven't needed them.
