I get protection plans on everything I but because you never know. I love geek squad!

Haven't had to use it but was able to add it on 15 days after my purchase. Did it over the phone, it was very fast, easy, and convenient.

Extremely bad customer service. I purchased a microwave and did a 3 year geek squad. When the magnetron busted in the microwave they wanted to do a replacement of the entire microwave. I said ok. They did not do a proper haul away, there was no customer service clearly explanining why my purchase was no getting fullfilled.

This is a good price to know if I need anything I can call the Geek Squad.

Have not had to use it yet but covers everything, which eases my mind
