I am very happy with the guarantee that Bestbuy offers. Before, I thought that it was not good to put a guarantee on things, but now I think otherwise because it happened to me that I bought a stove and luckily I put the extended guarantee on it and it was worth it because the oven broke down. And they are going to repair it or replace it with a new one, so I think the warranty is worth it, especially when the item costs a lot of money. Thank you bestbuy for offering the guarantee

This dishwasher is a high demand item and hard to come by unless you get lucky like I did and found that BestBuy had one available. The unit is well thought out with great features and materials of construction. They don't tell you that you need a 3/4" female hose to 3/8" compression fitting adapter to plumb your water into the unit but I'm lucky to live by a Lowe's and you can pick one up for under $5. The unit installs readily with easy height adjustability. It runs like a charm! Quiet, efficient, and spotless clean loads. I really like the 60min. cycle and the 1/2 load option feature. I could not be more pleased with an appliance than this Bosch. BestBuy support was top notch in every way too with excellent communication through to delivery.

Absolutely love the low profile size, defines can't go back to regular size overhead microwave after having this convenient, yet powerful, size. I would definitely purchase the protection plan, as I did have to get it serviced a couple of times. They did a good job servicing at my home. It is a little difficult to schedule. But, overall worth it

The Geek squad is always very useful and a piece of mind. I know that for at least 5 years I dont have to worry if anything breaks.

I sold appliances for over 30 years and this dishwasher amazed me with its quality and quiet. I ran it for the first time last night and it was so quiet I had to stand near it to know it was running. The dishes and silverware were sparkling, even off the cutlery rack. The interior and dishes were dry. Just like all new appliances, it has to be energy efficient, so run time are very long, but I ran it before bed and in the morning the dishes were done. I would highly recommend this product.

I buy Geek Squad Protection with all my Best Buy electronics. Yes, they used to be better, but at least there is someone to turn to when you are stuck with a problem with your computer. I gave it only 4 stars because I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for purchase with appliances. Bought my Samsung Microwave in July and it broke. The Geek Squad protection plan doesn't kick in until after one year manufacturer's warranty expires. Always buy it with a computer, though. That's a must if you aren't computer savvy. We call the Geek Squad all the time for our computer and they help out just fine.

The dishwasher is very quiet and seems to clean the dishes well. The wifi features seems ok, but outside of downloading cycles to try out, not sure we would use much. Most of the cleaning cycles take longer compared to the one we replaced (11y old) but not that big of a deal as it does have an option for a turbo mode. Drying however is not as good. Used the extra dry and the overnight dry and neither gets the top rack dry. The top of the door also was wet even after all night of drying. I'm not talking about having water on plates or glasses that have areas where water can collect. It doesn't dry the very top rack where you put forks for example. I know best buy doesn't install now because of the coronavirus going on, but they dropped off the washer without a power cord. It comes with a drain hose, but no water inlet hose and no power cord. The water inlet wasn't a big deal, since I reused the old one, but I was surprised to not receive a power cord. Not sure if this is a Best Buy issue or LG not supplying one. This is an issue since you have to get a cord, strip the wires and connect them to a breakout box on the front of the dishwasher. I was able to get it done (cut the cord from the old one since we still had it), but I removed a star because of it - otherwise I would give the product overall a 4 star review.

I have had the stove for a couple of months. I called for service the first week for the top oven was not heating correctly. I was trying to keep it clean and layed foil on the bottom of the top oven. Once foil was removed the oven worked perfectly. I do like it alot. My only complaint is it is so hard to keep clean that is why I give it 3 stars. Even frying an egg the front pannel where the dials are gets dirty and you cant just wipe with a dish towel... When I do it looks smeared. You have to use soap and then rinse and dry a few times to get it to look nice. It is difficult and a pain. I thought I would like the stainless steel never knew it would be so hard to keep clean. Other than that do like the stove. I use it the top oven the most. It heats fast and is so easy to use. Button pannel is a bit tricky. I wanted to get an air fryer which is a convection oven. I heated up some chicken nuggets and did not see any difference from regular oven. I do like that it cooks faster and converts your tempature to convetion.
