Really appreciate the cost as well as the protection plan savings... It's running like a champ... Air fryer is so helpful

I told this story with my dishwasher review, but here goes again!!! GET THE WARRANTY! I've never bought a warranty for a single thing in my entire life... until now. And? I needed it! When the guys installed my dishwasher the screws ended up digging a groove in my button panel. I was freaking out and really worried there would be no recourse or they would accuse us. They didn't. They sent the guys back to check it out within days. Then they left the old one until my new one arrived! They came back and set it up... good as new. No headache, no fighting, no nothing. Quick and easy. I just bought my washer from BB with the warranty and will do the same with my dryer too! Why use anyone else after having such a good experience.

The salesman was very professional when helping me. I was a returned customer and reopened a new account with Best Buy.

Purchased a microwave for my family and we are very happy with this product. We have the white glass fridge and had to get the microwave. The next purchase will be the stove to match.

they repaired my dryer in one visit, i was impressed with the visit and the alattention from the geek squad agent

Purchased the 5 year geek squad warranty with the purchase of our Samsung stove. Wonderful feeling knowing i have it in case I need it!

Hopefully we never need it, but knowing major appliances, this brings great peace-of-mind.

I will always get the protection plan from Best Buy on larger priced items. However, their service sucks big time. I get transferred from one person to another. I set a date for service, they don't show up, even though they indicate via email the appointment is set, AND a phone call that they're going to be there between certain hours. Still a no-show. So beware! I finally had my Frigidaire 27-in wall oven door serviced. Photo is included.

The delivery guys set up my stove and even did an initial set up made sure everything worked. So far everything works great ! Very satisfied

HORRIFYING! This is week 3 of Geek Squad and Best Buy's refusal to comply with their own contract. They have scheduled 9 different technicians to come out to "repair" the double oven that I purchased. The first Geek Squad representative cursed at me after I inquired why exactly they sent a technician with no tools to diagnose an issue, then they ordered a broken part, and the technicians admittedly installed the broken part. This installation they also admitted would make the oven highly flammable. Today, the 9th Technician just left after trying to see what was wrong with the double oven. They were so baffled on why Best Buy and Geek Squad just did not replace the double oven after the replacement parts did not work, that they have put the ticket on hold. Geek Squad continues to insist on scheduling other technicians to diagnose this issue in the hopes of running out the time left on the warranty so that they do not have to cover the costs. If you want to spend thousands on legal fees in an attempt to get your $100+ warranty covered, then go ahead and purchase this "protection plan". It is clear the only thing that Best Buy / Geek Squad and AIG Warranty (the warranty carrier) are interested in protecting is any accountability on their end. They use these "protection plans" to line their pockets in the hopes that the customers will never actually use them. Don't believe that you are paying for an endless game of "pass the buck" until your warranty period runs out? See the screenshot images below. Sometimes the technicians show up, sometimes they don't sometimes they leave your house flammable, sometimes they leave you waiting for a 6hr timeframe, other times they come and take a picture of your appliance and tell you that they'll be back. You are left unprotected with the Geek Squad protection plan. They guarantee it.

Couldn’t have done it without them! I recommend using the Geek Squad for any installation.

Don’t buy. We have had this for two years and the wheels keep coming off and smells like burning plastic. This last time it smelled so bad of burnt plastic that we had to leave our house due to the toxic fumes. The plastic wheels on the bottom burned off. This product has a California prop 65 warning and the plastic burned and probably messed up our lungs. And who knows what else will happen.

I had issues with Range and Geek Squad able to provide services according with extended warranty. I got exchanged to a new Range because Factory Warranty exchange by product manufacturer and Geek Squad provided services and answers.

So thankful to have 5 years Warranty to cover our Samsung Range Glass top stove to replace the dashboard that there was flickering issue on February 2020. Brought the stove on December 2017 and added the warranty for it. Geek squad replaced it at no charge. :)
