Geek Squad service is from Best Buy. It’s awesome.

I haven't gone wrong yet by purchasing this and have been disappointed when I didn't. Can you say it any simpler than that? On anything more than $100 it's a must have.

Geek Squad to my rescue! I've relied on their technical support a few times and so far they've been great.

We purchase all our appliances from Best Buy because of Geek Squad!

I feel confident about having purchased the extra warranty. Now I don't have to worry about my large purchase breaking down. In addition, the cost was very reasonable.

I needed my older laptop cleaned up so it would work faster. Geek Squad was professional in their approach and did a complete scan getting the laptop back up to speed.

My tenants are very happy so I m too ... i have not used the service so far and it is a good news

The first fridge they brought out is broken and luckily one of the delivery men recognized that the magnet that keeps the fridge shut and sealed was not only not sticking but also that there was a piece broken off. So I must wait another week with no working fridge. I know I can only give this much of a review on the first brand new one that I got. Hoping the next will be better or its going back too.

The 5 year plan is affordable and gives us piece of mind!

Rating it 4 stars for now. Will update once I receive the needed service that I know will need on my dishwasher.

I purchased this for the new appliances and so that I will have warranty if I need any repairs or replacement.

Within a month of my OTR purchase my stove top lights stopped working. they shipped stuff quick and the tech came out and fixed the board. Very nice and handy, glad to be protected!

Glad we purchased the 5 year Geek Squad as the control panel quit. All parts are very hard to get and expensive.

This warranty is a lot cheaper than lowes less money out of my pocket with the purchase of a fridge.

We highly recommend Geek Squad. It is well worth having this protection plan in case something happens and you need it.

Good service to have in case of appliance issues haven’t had to use it but good to have if problems arise.
