absolutely useless. nothing but the run around, I have been on hold for hours and no one can see any notes so I have to start over every time. Had a dishwasher replaced under this supposed "plan" on Feb 23. Its leaking internally so badly that it would have flooded my cabinets had I not had installed a dishwasher tray myself years ago (so any leaks come out the front of the dishwasher - highly recommended by the way) Now I am on the phone with these idits again. They could not find my order, and are telling me they have to send some out to see what the issue is, and cannot set up a return even though I am within 12 days of purchase. The website says I have to call instead, I HATE BEST BUY at this point. Someone said- it's brand new, so we can send someone out to redo the installation. ITS NOT LEAKING AT ANYTHING THE INSTALLLER CONNECTED. It's a defective unit that I WANT REPLACED. Now they are telling me since they already set up a return and this is a replacement, they cannot let me return a DEFECTIVE dishwasher that I bought less than 2 weeks ago. I will am going to dispute with my credit card.

never had to use this warranty on anything but it is a great value if anything ever happens and you need it!

I have not had to use them yet but I am sure they will be helpful if and when I need them.

Its no question for me. I have some new appliances and you never know when things happen.

I purchased this protection program in case there were any issues with my appliances. So far I haven’t needed to contact the geek squad.

Always get the protection plan, remember if something happens you’ll end up paying out of pocket

Purchased this warranty because I had some extra reward dollars to lower the cost of everything. Banking on this to kick in should my dishwasher fail.

I got the service agreement for my dishwasher no worries now anything goes wrong the geek squad will take care of it

Good to know if something happens to my stove they will come to my house and fix it for the next 5 years.

I had scheduled my repair revisit on 5/18/2020 and the appointment for 5/28/2020 (first available) 7am-1pm. On 5/27/2020 3pm, the technician (name ZaZa) called me and told me he is not coming because my last day of geek protection is also 5/18/2020. And I called ZaZa's boss Tala and he told me he cannot do it and asked me to call 509-3869351 of which I had waited 2 and 1/2 hours before I am able to talk to the agent. And she told me she cannot do anything as Tala had cancelled my appointment even though all of the party agreed I did called on 5/18/2020 and scheduled an appointment before my geek protection is expired. Then I talked to the agent's supervisor of the National center of the name Regina W. Still told me it is the system problem but she cannot do anything. I am the victim of the system. I had been a good customer with Best Buy with credit card, bought laptop last week, refrigerator, dishwasher 2 times. So I would cancel my credit card and would not buy anything from Daniel
