I purchased a Washer & Dryer from Best Buy for the Warranty Support From the Geek Squad.. Well Worth It! Good Job..

When you go to buy a refrigerator you dont expect much but this exceeded my expectations and is better than any refrigerator ive used before

We havent had to use this yet as the product is only one month old and we have not had any issues. I will review in the future if the geek squad is needed.

I placed an order over the phone with a Best Buy agent. He told me about the 3 year Geek Squad plan and I added it to my purchase. He knew from viewing my account I already had 2 year with my Best Buy Total membership. He didn't tell the 3 year plan started at the same time as my 2 year. Essentially, it was a waste of money.

its good . very reasonable price it was a good buy good price. delivery was good . i always suggest buying the best buy service plan there geeksquad staff is the best .

Anything you buy you should get warranty. Now they have totaltech which is great. I’ve bought over 50 items and always get the warranty. Used twice so far once on fridge and once on washer machine. Saved me a few bucks.

Have taken several computers in under this service agreement and have been very pleased with the turn around time by Best Buy and the results of their work under this service contract. They have been very helpful and very friendly when I talk with them about the issues concerned each time. I would reccomend this service to others.

We have been through two (2) Over-the-Range Microwaves in the last eighteen (18) months. Had a purchased this type of protection, for the low cost available, I would have saved over $1000.00 in that time frame.

Certain products these days just need a warranty - refrigerators and microwaves, modems and routers especially come to mind. Best Buy - Geek Squad has the best service, best people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Their quality and care is top-notch.

Geek squad are my goto guys. My Samsung watch broke and they replaced it and made the process much easier. Being Thankful we have tech like you. Again thank you employees for your deduction and hard work.

It is so nice to have such backing as I am a senior and can afford the time or money to get somthing fixed at curent prices. I know I can depend on the Geek Squad to be there for my and my appliances that are necessay to keep me comfortable as I am aging

We purchased an LG stove which was a tremendous piece of garbage. LG was 100% unwilling to make any concessions or try to make any repairs. The geek squad was incredibly helpful in getting the issue resolved. Best buy took responsibility where LG would not.

This is a must have item because you may have a breakdown in recently purchased in a kitchen appliance in the first five years due to the length of life I have seen some of the newer ones, better to be safe than sorry.

Protection Plan is one of the best in the business. Was easily able to replace a cooktop that arrived damaged. Also an ice maker in my fridge broke down and they came and fixed it right away. No hassle, and no run around.
