Can't say much about it, because I have not had to use it

Haven't had to use it. But I am grateful to have that protectiin there. Specially with the great employees in El Centro.

Appliance protections plans are very economical. It's a worthwhile purchase as appliance have computer components.

Took PC in, Geeks backed up hard drive so I could send it to HP (bought it elsewhere) for warranty work. Next time, I'm just buying my electronics from Best Buy!

The agents installed my dishwasher and took the old one. They even ran it thru a cycle.

We always buy the five year service plans for our appliances. It works out not to have to worry about cost of repairs.

I like to always make sure to buy the geek squad protection just in case I have any problems with what I bought.

Got an extended warranty for my LG dishwasher. With all the different features, I thought it was a good idea for this product.

I love the three rows, adjustable shelves, multiple cycles, oversized silverware tray... It was the right purchase for us.

The repairs are performed by a third party and their communication is horrible. My bosch dishwasher stopped working at 17 months, the repairman said it was beyond economical repair and they would replace it. It took one month and over 10 calls getting passed from representative to representative to finally schedule the replacement. I had purchased a 5 year protection plan, they now said after the unit is replaced the protection plan is void and I need to purchase a new plan. They decided it was cheaper to replace rather than fix it, now my 5 year protection plan is voided after only 17 months. SCAM!

Peace in mind for a couple years. Is good to take this service.

Worst customer service. Set up 4 different appointmets and each got cancelled day of appoitment. Only to be told they don't service our area. Keep getting run around been 6 months trying to get this resolved.

The top rack on the dishwasher came apart. Having the warranty got us a brand new one instead of the hassling with the manufacturer.

This is great value for our new purchase. Making sure we are covered just in case we are in need of help!
