Love my Frig! Happy we decided to replace all our appliances with LG brand. We have NOT had to use the Geek Squad Service because we've had absolutely no problems with any of the appliances we've bought. I did a lot of research reading reviews on different brands. Even though some stated having issues with LG brand it was no different than any other brand having some issues as well. Decided on this refrigerator because it fit the measurements we needed. Wanted the Geek Squad Service just in case it would be needed as refrigerators like other appliances these days all have computer boards and don't last as long as the old-days appliances.

This was a great experience with Best Buy. the service was considerate, thoughtful, and understanding. I've had the refrigerator for over 6 months and it works awesome. Everything fits.

I'm picky about which items I get extended warranties for. But if I'm going to get one, Geek Squad is among the best. Have used their service in the past on other appliances, and the service was always top notch.

Geek swuad protection is a must with the throw away society we have now. stuff just does not last long enough to not have solid protection this provides

The benefit of extended warranties is debatable, since many people never wind up using them. Never having had a range with a glass top, I needed the extra reassurance. The cost of the Geek Squad plan is low enough to make it an easy decision. Another factor was that this plan was about half the cost of the one directly from Frigidaire.

I always get the extended warranty on all products, just in case...

Make sure to buy the 5 year warranty. I needed it for my previous microwave which was serviced three times and last time it went out was two weeks before end of service. Best Buy gave me credit for a new microwave and bought another new warranty for my new unit. I love they stand by their warranty and never had an issue.

This team of two technicians worked quickly and well.

So far so good with the product. Have not needed to use The Geek Squad but it's good to know they are there.

You need the additional protection nowadays. I haven’t used it for this purchase yet but it’s is essential.

Seemed like a good idea as hopefully if anything is going to break it should happen soonish. Steep learning curve in how the cooktop works.

Extended warranty is very affordable and highly recommend! Geek Squad assisted in the sale, sound explanation of benefits and had us sold……

I’ve always bought the BB warranties for big purchases, lucky i have never had to use it or make a claim in 15 years of being a bb customer. The one time I didn’t buy it was for a dryer, looking back that was a mistake.. heating element keep blowing out every year. The policy gives me peace of mind on my new purchases.

We bought an LG dishwasher in January of 2023. We got it because our Maytag died after 5 years. I’m so thankful we bought the protection because this is the second time in 3 months my LG has gone out. Totally worth it, the first fix would have been $600 if we didn’t have the protection. Also don’t buy an LG dishwasher!

Works perfectly. Very happy with the choice. The options this product has was everything I needed. Air fry works well and happy with the two over option.

Any other warranties at any other stores I almost always skip. Warranty is usually pain to deal with. Where's the receipt? Who do I call? Is it actually covered? Will they honor it? Most of the time no. BUT NOT WITH BEST BUY. SO EASY AND GEEK SQUAD IS QUICK, CONVENIENT & COOPERATIVE. I ALWAYS PURCHASE WARRANTIES AT BEST BUY. THEY ACTUALLY COVER STUFF, IMAGAINE THAT. Only suggestion for best buy is to maybe offer a geek squad subscription. Mayb yearly subscriptions OR 3 OR 5YR subscription to geek squad. That would cover everything I buy at best buy. I have geek squad for laptop, arlo, dishwasher, receiver & headphones. Still need carpet cleaner. New car radio & washer dryer. Would love to just purchase a geek squad subscription to cover all. That would be AWESOME!

I had to use the warranty twice once on a refrigerator and one time on a t,v, both items replaced 100%.

Had a problem with my stove and Geek Squad Rep was very efficient and handled the problem promptly and professionally, I'm very pleased with outcome. Rep was very courteous and articulate and very professional in the way he handled the situation. I would recommend the GEEK SQUAD Protection on all major appliances.
