Had our dishwasher for 2.5 years and bought the 5 year warranty. Wheels in the slider fell off. Then the motor seemed to go out out in. Geek Squad came out over a 6 week period and couldn't resolve it. They very courteous and apologetic. Always called me ahead of time for appointments. I never had to call them once. They gave me a code to go into the store to get a replacement dishwasher. Talked with the Pacific Sales team. They had issues ordering it in the system. Whatever that means. Said they would call us back. They never did. We went back into the store two weeks later, they still had issues said they would call us back. 4 weeks later we have called numerous numbers and nobody calls us back. At one point we thought we made progress as someone said they fixed it and it was going to be delivered 2 days later on Friday. It wasn't.

I usually dont buy these but the price seemed fair enough for coverage and length of time

I like to know that if some of my electronics don’t work Im cover

Since installation was free I was able to afford the geek squad warranty. I am very happy!

I have not needed to use this but for the price for 5 years I could not beat it!!

First call to obtain warranty service on expensive, Built in KitchenAid microwave: Personable agent mistakenly claimed that KitchenAid provided a three year warranty and therefore he could not schedule service. He gave me a phone number for Pool service which I called. Even on Best Buy’s website, what they told me turned out to be true: product only has a one year parts and labor warranty. Second call: very personable, female agent takes all info and attempts to schedule service. She can’t. There are no geek squad service openings in my area today. She says she is referring me to the store. They should call back in 24 hours to schedule an appointment. We’ll see. This review will go up to two stars if they call.

This model has some pressable buttons and those seem to go first. - warranty was a no brainer
