It gives me peace of mind knowing I am covered by the Geek squad.

The Geek Squad protection plan was very worthwhile. We use our dishwasher several times a day. It needed to be repaired a number of times over the coverage period and the Geek Squad always repaired it effectively and efficiently. Finally, this dishwasher needed to be replaced while still under the Geek Squad coverage period and we received a store credit to buy a new dishwasher. Overall, the Geek Squad protection plan is a very fair and economical way to ensure that a vital appliance is in good working order.

needed a repair under the warranty. First, started with (computer) chat and that was an awful experience. Literally just blown off, given false information and purposely disconnected from first chat agent. Second chat agent gave me Sears warranty phone number (basically just to get rid of me), when it would not be under sears but instead under Geek squad. Finally, I found GS phone number and when I called it was successful, professional and I was scheduled for a repair appointment promptly. The phone service agent saved the day, literally! My repair man did a great job.

it's always worth paying the extra money for the 5 year warranty

I had been having a bad day dealing with Home Depot and with getting things squared away with TTS and discount earned by having the Best Buy card. I was lucky enough to get Jessica as the associate to help me. She was such a delight and she worked with me, guiding me through the set up and purchase of item online. I told her I appreciate her patience and she said "that is all right Mr. Keller, I love helping you." She made an old man feel good. Thank you Jessica. And she was really dedicated to getting answers for me.

Having had a few dishwashers break on us we decided to again purchase extended protection for this purchase. The last dishwasher had the main panel go out twice and had we not had extended coverage would have been into several hundreds of dollars of repair costs. This unit was purchased during a labor day sale and made it more affordable to purchase the extended coverage plan.

Bought it with appliance just in case it broke suddenly. I have been using this service before it was worthy.

Agents brought refrigerator in and unpacked it. Only then did we find the door was dented. The 2nd one was damaged in shipping. But the guys did what they were supposed to.

I just called last night to make a repair claim though the support plan, and the process was quick and easy. No hassles of any kind, and the required replacement part is scheduled to arrive in just two business days, which was pleasant surprise as well.

Its ok, but i liked my old dishwasher better. The tines are really close together making it hard to load bowls anywhere but the top rack. For plates you load on the bottom bit they roll if you don't load on the back of the lower rack. The lower rack doesn't alow for wide tall things. The cup sprayers are ok but i still whish i had gotten anLG.

I recommend getting the 3 year support with any appliance.

Excellent coverage for a very good price. I hope I never have to use it but it’s good to know that it’s there when I need it.

Geek squad !! They respond quickly and are diligent.

We debated purchasing any Samsung appliances because we have heard mixed reviews, but the Geek Squad option was the perfect fit for us. Since we really loved the Samsung appliances it was a win-win to purchase knowing if by chance anything goes wrong - we have Geek Squad protection.

The fridge was a bit wider than my door frame. They were able to safely remove the necessary components and fit the refrigerator through without causing any damage to my door or hardwood floors! Not to mention they were extremely quick. 15 minutes and they were in and out with old fridge! Amazing!

Normally I don’t purchase extended warranties but in this case I did. The reviews I read about ALL BRANDS of dishwashers suggested the durability and quality went way down hill. My previous Bosch lasted 19 years. I don’t expect this unit to last that long and no knock on it intended. It just the way things are today. So I got the extension hoping to help it last longer.

Sales team member was helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleasant to work with.
