It is amazing. definitely a service i will recommend

5 years coverage is really only 5 years minus original warranty duration. I've been promised to never ever have to deal with the manufacturer, and when I actually tried using it they kissed me goodbye "go talk to your original warranty"

The Geek Squad services stand by the contract purchased

Terrible. Almost fraudulent! Best Buy installed a Bosch Microwave on Jan 21, 2025. On April 1st, 2025, the top panel broke off. The microwave is functional. I have made at least three calls to schedule service appointments. No service is yet set up after 7 days. One agent told me to call Bosch-even though I have bought a 5 -year plan. Another agent gave me the phone number of Installs, Inc. But no service appointment.

It’s very important to purchase warranties for appliances

although it is quite expensive, it buys you a piece of mind

The agent in the philippines took over an hour to schedule a dishwasher repair. First she stated she could not replace the dishwasher, then she could not find the 5 year repair purchase, then she could not schedule the repair for another 2 to 3 weeks. OMG - can't we get this done locally...its pain and suffering to go thru Manilla for BEST BUY Geek Squad.
